What is the nature of the

Robin currently partners with employers in the E-commerce space (mostly focused on Amazon). Our plan is to expand to other verticals and sectors as we grow.
What time zone would I
have to work in?
It depends and varies by each employer and the specific role. While most offer a flexible schedule with some overlap with their timings, we have seen candidates take up roles that require full US hours as well.
Where is Robin headquartered ?
Robin is a remote organization with its team distributed between the US and India. Screened candidates in India will be dealing with our India business entity and team
What is the fee structure
of the payment and how does it work ?
Robin charges a 10% fee on the Annual base salary received by the candidate for the first year. We help candidates increase their pay by a minimum of 50% (often a lot more). We do not charge candidates any fee till their first salary is credited and offer an option of paying in the 10% fee in 4 monthly installments
What is the expected
time frame of the whole process ?
The time frame to receive an offer can vary based on multiple factors which Robin cannot guarantee. This includes factors that are solely dependent on the Employers. However, we complete our part of the screening process in 2-4 weeks.
